Candy POP (Konfesta, UAB), located at J. Basanavičiaus g. 15, LT-03108 Vilnius (hereafter: Candy POP), is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement.

Candy POP processes your personal data because you (as a client) purchase products from us , make use of our services and/or because you voluntarily provide us with your data. The personal data are handled with the utmost care and secured in accordance with the requirements of the Lithuanian law.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

Candy POP collects and processes your data for the execution of our wholesale activities. We can contact you by telephone, email. More specifically, your personal data are processed to:

2. Send you offers and/or provide information about our products, services, events and other activities
3. To be able to record an sales order, deliver products and services and to stay in touch with customers on these matters
4. Handling your payment
5. For compliance with laws and regulations, including but not limited to tax return, identification, labor law, tax and social security legislation, fraud prevention and national and international sanctions legislation.

Minors

Candy POP does not intend to collect data from persons under 18 years of age. We therefore do not supply products and/or services to minors. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we can not check whether a website visitor is older than 18. We advise parents or guardians to be involved in the (online) activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without permission, please contact us. Then we will delete this information.

How long we store personal data

Candy POP does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which the data are collected and/or as long as the law prescribes this. When you unsubscribe from us as a customer, we store data based on the legal retention period. You have the right to inspect the data we have about you after you have unsubscribed. You can submit a request for access, correction or deletion to our customer service. Data of applicants is available until two years after receipt.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Candy POP will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data in our order, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Candy POP remains responsible for these processing operations.
